Note: Public branding may appear as inkdna-fingerprint, while legal/checkout references remain “InkDNA”.

Merchant of Record. Payments are securely processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle provides billing, invoicing and tax compliance.

Subscription & Use

inkdna-fingerprint is a subscription SaaS service. Your API key grants service access for one tenant (no resale or sharing).
You must claim your API key via our secure flow after purchase and keep it confidential.

Delivery & Activation

After successful payment, you can immediately claim the api key. You should be redirected to the claim page. If not, open it manually.
Claim your key within 24 hours of purchase to start service. Unclaimed pending tokens may be voided automatically.

Refunds

See our Refund Policy. In brief: refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase/first activation (whichever occurs first). Repeated refunds may trigger a temporary cooldown.

Billing & Taxes

Paddle is our Merchant of Record and calculates/collects taxes where applicable. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals; access continues through the current paid period.

Abuse & Cooldown

We may temporarily disable delivery/activation for accounts exhibiting repeated purchase-refund cycles. See Refund Policy for details.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use inkdna-fingerprint to stamp or distribute content that is unlawful, non-licensed, or violates third-party rights. We may limit or revoke access in such cases.
