Refund Policy

Note: Public branding may appear as inkdna-fingerprint, while legal/checkout references remain “InkDNA”.

24-hour refund guarantee: If InkDNA isn’t right for you, request a refund within 24 hours of purchase or first activation (whichever comes first) and we’ll process it via Paddle.

Because inkdna-fingerprint is a subscription service (SaaS), charges cover service access. Outside this window we generally do not refund past service periods. See eligibility below.

Eligibility

Window: Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase or within 24 hours of the first activation—whichever comes first.
Access: If the product has been activated or used beyond reasonable testing, a refund may be declined.
How to request: Contact Customer Portal with your Paddle receipt/transaction ID.

Processing

Refunds are processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record). Approved refunds return to the original payment method.

Abuse & Cooldown

To prevent abuse (e.g., repeated buy-and-refund cycles), we may apply a temporary cooldown during which delivery and activation are disabled for the buyer’s account.

Chargebacks

If a chargeback is opened, access may be suspended while the payment provider reviews the dispute.
